My effective 15 minute workouts deliver a weekly structured plan to help you get fit at home. Available on-demand anytime, with new workouts uploaded every week where you'll have the encouragement from a supportive group of women and myself, personal trainer, Karen. The members area also contains additional workouts and lengths so there is always something to suit you.

I'm Karen
As a busy mum of two boys I know just how important exercise is. As we get older going through the different stages of our lives, strength training is a vital part of our longevity. I created GIRLFIT ON DEMAND so that I could reach more women and help them achieve a consistent workout routine. Creating a lifestyle that will stay with you and a community where we can workout together and inspire each other.
